Creator & Business Marketplace Terms

These placeholder terms govern hiring between businesses and creators on A Promote. The operator must replace them with final legal text before launch.

Profiles: Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their portfolio and self-reported audience statistics. Platform-verified numbers are marked separately.

Hiring: A hiring request binds the business to the brief and agreed price shown. Creators may accept or decline. Work is submitted through the platform; businesses review and approve or request permitted revisions.

Payments: In this release the platform records the agreed price and payment status. Actual payment collection may occur outside the platform until a supported payment provider is enabled.

Reviews: Only completed projects can be reviewed. Abusive or fake reviews are removed by moderators.
