Privacy Policy

This placeholder privacy policy describes how A Promote handles data. The final policy must be reviewed by the operator for compliance with applicable law (e.g. GDPR, local data protection acts).

Data we store: account details you provide, business and profile content you upload, technical records needed for affiliate tracking (hashed visitor identifiers, hashed IP addresses, referrer and landing page), and financial records required for commission accounting.

Tracking data is minimized: we do not store raw IP addresses beyond a short security window, visitor identifiers are pseudonymous hashes, and click events are retained only for the configured retention period (default 180 days).

We never store payment card data. Integration credentials are stored hashed and never displayed again after creation.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data via support, subject to financial record-keeping obligations.
