Terms of Service

These placeholder terms summarize the rules of using A Promote. The final, legally-reviewed Terms of Service must be provided by the platform operator before public launch.

Accounts: You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One person may hold business and promoter capabilities, subject to platform rules. Suspicious, fraudulent or abusive accounts may be suspended after manual review.

Listings: Businesses are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their listings. Prohibited products are not allowed and will be removed by moderators.

Commissions: Commission records are created only from verified conversions. Fraudulent conversions, self-referrals and duplicated orders are void. Commission amounts follow the campaign terms configured by each business.

Payouts: Payouts are processed by the platform operator according to the published policy. Minimum thresholds and processing times are shown on the payout page.

Changes: These terms may be updated; significant changes will be announced on the platform.
